The most effective and natural way to improve rosacea symptoms is to avoid your triggers. It doesn’t require medication or cost any money. To accurately identify your triggers, keep a daily diary. Each day, jot down any symptoms you have, as well as weather conditions, food and drink you consumed, facial products used, your activities, and anything else that may affect your rosacea. Look for patterns that may guide you to your triggers.
